Stef has been in coaching and learning development for almost 40 years - 29 years in the British Army in charge of international teams and 10 years in the British Army Adventurous Training, responsible for leadership and team development for 1000’s of soldiers.

As an executive coach, he specializes in working with CEOs but has also hired teams of coaches to work with him in larger engagements that require coaching for the organization's entire leadership team.
