LinkedCoach is operated by HPC LLC. Our website is linked.coach.

For the purposes of data protection law, LinkedCoach is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services.

We may collect the following personal data depending on how you interact with us:

From our website, assessment tool, workshops and other optins:

  • Name and email address (from contact forms, newsletter sign-up, ScoreApp assessment, workshop registration, etc.)
  • LinkedIn profile URL (where provided)
  • Assessment responses and scores (ScoreApp)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) via cookies

From discovery calls and onboarding:

  • Business name, role, and professional background
  • Revenue information and business goals
  • LinkedIn credentials and certain account access details (for clients only)
  • Communications (emails, recordings and call notes)

From newsletter subscribers (via Kit):

  • Name and email address
  • Email engagement data (opens, clicks)

From Skool community members:

  • Name, email and and profile information as provided on Skool

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, or financial account details) unless explicitly required and consented to.

  • The LinkedIn Strategy Assessment (hosted on ScoreApp at score.linked.coach)
  • Our newsletter sign-up form (managed by Kit)
  • Other opt-in forms for free and paid offers
  • Discovery calls and email correspondence
  • Our Skool community
  • Booking forms (via Calendly)

4. Why we collect data and our lawful basis

7. International data transfers

LinkedCoach operates from Wyoming, United States and serves clients primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. This means your data may be transferred internationally.

Where we transfer data outside the US, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — typically Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions — in line with US law, UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.


8. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
