For B2B sales teams

Your reps have all the tools.
What they lack is a consistent method.

An 8 week program that teaches your sales team to turn a cold LinkedIn connection into a booked call. Built around each rep individually.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team can use the software.
But that’s the easy part.

Most sales teams already have the sequencing tools, the data, and the AI. What they don’t have is a repeatable system to turn a cold connection into a conversation, and a profile that holds up when a buyer clicks it.

Volume stopped working.

Automation gives your team more reach, but buyers have learned to ignore it. Cold email is less effective than ever, and LinkedIn is becoming more relevant.

The profile undoes the message.

A rep writes a good message, and the buyer checks out their profile, finds a job title, a logo and not much else, so they don’t reply. There was nothing wrong with the message, but the profile killed the deal before any conversation started.

Training leaves with your reps.

You’ve paid for sales training before. Six weeks later it’s faded, or the person who went on it has moved on. Nothing was left behind in the business.

What each rep gets

Built for each rep.
Not just a course they sit through.

Every rep goes through the same process and comes out with something different, because it’s built on their voice, their patch, and their accounts.

The DM engine

This is the part that moves the number, so it goes first.

  • A voice profile, built for each rep from a structured interview
  • The 5 stage DM conversation framework: rapport, authority, challenge, diagnosis, invite
  • An AI powered DM Coach built specifically for them, guiding live conversations as they happen

A profile that builds trust

Rebuilt around the buyer problem, not just a CV or company brochure.

  • Headline, About, Experience, Featured and banner, rewritten
  • Consistent with your brand, but individual and human
  • Built from their own interview, not a template with the name swapped

A content engine

So the reps who are expected to post produce something worth reading.

  • Post frameworks and an idea capture system
  • A content builder that writes in their voice
  • A starting content bank per rep
How it works

Three stages. Eight weeks.

01

Voice

Each rep completes a structured interview and builds their own voice profile. We add a business profile for their market and their accounts. No more generic copy or AI slop.

02

Build

We rebuild each rep’s LinkedIn profile, then build the DM Coach and the Content Engine.

03

Train

8 x 90 minute recorded sessions. Your reps bring real target accounts, so the training happens on real life opportunities.

When a rep leaves, the system stays.

The voice profiles, the projects, the frameworks, the session recordings, the video training lessons and the playbook belong to you. If a rep leaves they don’t take your capability, and the next hire is onboarded into a system that already exists.

Why LinkedCoach

We’ve done this with a sales team before.

We ran this system with a distributed B2B sales team selling into enterprise accounts. This is what happened afterwards. Two of the leaders on that team came back to us independently, at two different companies, as soon as they saw a gap in their own teams with LinkedIn.

What people ask

The questions that come up first.

Can we just buy the templates and the playbook?

No. They come out of the program, they’re not a product on their own. They’re customised to each rep and to your business and market.

Our team already knows AI.

Good, that’s sometimes the case. It makes the system faster to deliver, not less necessary. A rep who can build their own scraper still doesn’t have a repeatable way to turn a cold connection into a booked call.

Why is the cohort capped at 8?

Anything above 8 becomes less effective and the customisation takes longer as it’s done for each individual rep. If you have a bigger team, we can run it in cohorts.

How much time does it take from my reps?

90 minutes a session, plus the accounts they’re already working. The interview takes about an hour as a one-off.

Investment

$5,000 to $25,000, depending on team size, exact requirements, and complexity.

Ongoing reinforcement, optional: $1,500 a month, minimum 3 months, cancel any time after that. Monthly group coaching, reviews on live conversations, and support between sessions. Training without reinforcement tends to fade after a few weeks, so we strongly recommend it.

Worth a conversation?

Let’s talk for 30 minutes. We’ll ask about your team, your market and what your reps are doing now, and then tell you whether this fits. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
